About Fargo Food Truck Festival
Red River Valley Fairgrounds- Fargo Food Truck Festival Schedule of Events-Friday 11 am-8 pm-Saturday 11 am-8 pm-Sunday 11 am-6 pm-Admission is $3, 10 & under are free. Friday-11-1 pm Free Lunch Admission. Free inflatables each day. Announcement of the winner of the “Best of the Fest- Judge’s Choice” – Our expert panel will be tasting the best of each truck’s fare to make their selection. Saturday 11 am-8 pm-All Day -Select trucks will be making special $2 bloody mary skewers (while supplies last). Pick up your bloody mary at the cash bar by: Red River Valley Fairgrounds and build your own "masterpiece" by adding your preferred truck's skewers. Be sure to vote for your favorite skewer, these trucks have been planning for this one for a while. 6pm - 4th annual Corgi Butts & Food Trucks (Corgi Races) - Presented by: Red River Corgis Several qualifying races will be held to develop the field for the championship. Number of races will depend on the number of Corgis entered, but expect several. Sunday 11 am-6 pm-All Day- Makin’ Bacon Select trucks will be making special Sunday only bacon dish for you pork fans (while supplies last). Make your way around the festival grounds and seek out the different bacon offerings for sale, until gone. Our expert “pork panel” will be on hand to pick the sweetest swine offering.
